About the job

As Sales Executive of Adanian Labs you will be responsible of sales and KPIs fulfilment.

Responsibilities.

  • Making appointments to see existing and potential clients.
  • Reach out to customers lead through cold calling.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Organizing and attending events that promote gender equality in tech.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule.
  • Keeping records of sales and customers.
  • Train the existing and future sales staff as the team grows.
  • Prepare and submit sales performance reports
  • Come up with new ideas to help Savabyte maximize sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past.
  • Maintain a smooth flow of feedback throughout the sales and encourage an environment of healthy and constructive criticism.
  • Negotiate and close the deals.
  • Continuously improve though feedback.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales Representative.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
