About the job
As Sales Executive of Adanian Labs you will be responsible of sales and KPIs fulfilment.
Responsibilities.
- Making appointments to see existing and potential clients.
- Reach out to customers lead through cold calling.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Organizing and attending events that promote gender equality in tech.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule.
- Keeping records of sales and customers.
- Train the existing and future sales staff as the team grows.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports
- Come up with new ideas to help Savabyte maximize sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past.
- Maintain a smooth flow of feedback throughout the sales and encourage an environment of healthy and constructive criticism.
- Negotiate and close the deals.
- Continuously improve though feedback.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales Representative.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
