• Senior IT Officer

The Senior Officer, Information Technology is responsible to monitor and maintain of the computer systems, networks and all ICT related equipment of the project offices and team. This oversight of all information technology includes installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical issues. The Senior Officer IT will train all staff on proper use of organization hardware and software and will provide timely support to all users. Senior Officer IT ensures coordination with HQ IT to ensure the system is updated and able to support the team’s use and program activities
