Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell product or service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost benefits and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
• Provide technical advice to customers on all aspect of the installation and use of computer system and networks, both before and after the sale.
• Advice on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas.
• Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
• Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
• Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
• Develop sales plans using sales methodology.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Business administration, Business information system or related field.
• Advanced computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and a competitive, results- driven attitude.
• Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
