JOB TITLE
B2B Manager-System Aircons (VRF) + Hospitality TVs (Enterprise Business Team)
DEPARTMENT
Consumer Electronics (CE) (DAS-Digital Air Solutions)
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To increase Samsung AC footprint in the region through AC pre sales engineering activities.
- Achieve the business Targets set by Management for System Air-Conditioners (VRF+ Single Cassettes, Ducted) & EBT
QUALIFICATIONS
o Mechanical/Electromechanical/Electrical Engineering.
o Thorough Technical knowledge of VRF/VRV Systems.
o Knowledge of AUTOCAD for studying & designing of VRF proposals.
o Experience in dealing with HVAC Consultants/Architects & Contractors.
EXPERIENCE
o Minimum 4 years of experience in dealing with VRF Sales

KPI / MAJOR TASKS
- SAC
- Establishing customer base & project pipeline through regular meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & site visits
- Provide Samsung DVM technical trainings/seminars to Consultants & Contractors & offer them technical & commercial solutions
- Achieve sales & spec-in targets agreed with management for SAC (80%) & EBT (20%)
- Securing major reference projects in designated territory
Other Key Activities
- BOs registration to SFDC Portal
- Coordinating with distributors/client for ordering & payment timelines
- Liaising with technical teams to resolve the issue in the project during and after the installation.
- Sourcing of market intelligence
REQUIRED SKILL & COMPETENCIES
