Abano Healthcare Group is the operator of one of the largest trans-Tasman dental groups, with a team of over 2000 across 200+ practices that make up "Lumino The Dentists" in New Zealand and "Maven Dental" and "1300SMILES Dentists" in Australia. As a Regional Manager with Lumino you'll enjoy the autonomy and full ownership of managing your region of practices across Auckland. Primarily responsible for the financial performance of your region, you will be familiar with P&L's and be capable managing a diverse team across multiple locations. With sole responsibility and an opportunity to really make a difference for the practices you support, you'll be a champion for collaboration, engaging with both clinical and non-clinical team members, as well as our Support Office teams.

At the heart of this role is stakeholder and relationship management, confidently communicating at all levels. Using these skills you'll enjoy partnering with your practices and Lead Clinicians to drive performance, as well as overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice. You will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and commercial perspective.

Location

Based in Auckland, you'll support practices throughout the Auckland region.

About You

This role is all about relationships, you will need a strong presence to influence and motivate to deliver positive outcomes. Your honest and direct communication style will engage and invigorate your people.

• Demonstrated multi-site experience as an Operations Manager / Senior Account Manager (healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential)
• Strong leadership skills, able to take people on a journey to gain buy-in
• Thrives under the pressure and can multi-task.
• Understands commercial drivers and has a sound knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and easy to adapt.
