How To Contribute To Our Vision

We are looking for a Project Development Assistant who will support the Global Business Unit organization, called Wind Farm Solutions (WFS), in all administrative processes around the establishment of strategic renewable energy projects with stakeholders such as utilities, developers, IPPs, funds, etc., where SGRE could generate value. WFS is part of the Global Sales & Marketing Organization reporting directly to the CEO of the Onshore Business Unit. The primary target of WFS is to ensure the exclusive wind turbine delivery by SGRE via such project development activity and to generate additional revenue streams. The Project Development Assistant will work closely with the Global Head of Wind Farm Solutions but also with the entire team to provide the required support in project development as well as operating wind farm management activities. As part of the role, you will also:

  • processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices and conduct necessary vendor management related to development projects and operating wind farms
  • manage the virtual data room (VDR) including information related to all projects being in the portfolio of WFS
  • draft power points related to internal/ ext. meetings and topics of the department
  • draft letters to authorities and customers in alignment with the WFS team
  • internally coordinate the management and administration of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and conduct with internal stakeholders (shareholder governance, tax, accounting) required alignments
  • be in charge of calendars as well as scheduling, coordinating and arranging internal/external appointments.
  • mainly support the WFS team in day-to-day administrative topics and ad hoc tasks.
  • coordinate and prepare travel arrangements and you will also plan, book and settle travel expenses.
  • lead administrative tasks derived from the day-to-day work in the department and support the employee on- and off-boarding, introductions etc.
  • create and execute purchase orders, including IT equipment and handle the invoicing workflows.
  • assist your assigned colleagues with travel cost reimbursements in case of questions; check travel expense with focus on cost saving.
  • be in contact with customers, employees, external partners, management and other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Relevant experience from a similar position.
  • You need to have solid Microsoft Office skills and ideally you are familiar with Concur.
  • You are a responsible person with a high level of integrity, also capable of working with sensitive and confidential data.
  • As a person you have a very pro-active approach, you are self-driven, efficient and persistent while also being open and communicative.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multi-cultural environment.
  • You are fluent in both English and ideally in Spanish.
