Title: Nurse Tutor

Location: Misungwi, Mwanza, Tanzania.

Job Summary:
Mizpah Health Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Tutor to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and training to nursing students, and ensuring that they are well-prepared for their future careers as registered nurses.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver nursing education programs and courses to students
2. Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams and other means
3. Mentor students and provide support to help them achieve their academic and professional goals
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and new technologies, and incorporate them into teaching and training materials
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and academic staff to create and maintain a supportive and dynamic learning environment
6. Participate in student recruitment, enrollment and retention activities
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including accreditation requirements

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing
2. Active license as a registered nurse in Tanzania
3. Certificate of teaching methodology.
4. Strong teaching and mentoring skills
5. Extensive knowledge and experience in nursing practice, including patient care, health assessment and pharmacology
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Passion for education and a commitment to student success
