Overview

We are a mobile phone repair company that is looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service skills. This position requires some travel.

Duties

The mobile phone technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of mobile phones, and may also repair cell phones, answer phone calls, set up new devices and install new equipment. This position requires working in an office environment.

Detailed job duties include:

Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones.

Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies.

Ensure proper operation of equipment to ensure safe working conditions.

Maintain accurate records as required by law or agency regulations.

Provide excellent customer service).

Work closely with other technicians/staff members at various locations throughout the country.

Qualification

Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Ability and willingness to learn new skills

Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers
