Currently we're actively growing in Tanzania and looking forĀ Junior Customer Support Specialist.

This position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

What will you do:

  • outgoing calls to clients;
  • response to clients requests via chat and email;
  • analysis of client requests (chat, email);
  • conflicts resolution.

What we expect from you:

  • professional level of English and Swahili;
  • at least 6 month of experience in customer support;
  • grammatically correct in written and verbal;
  • stress resistance;
  • computer literacy;
  • customer focused.
