To:      All Contractors’ registered in Civil Engineering.

1.            The Secondary Education for Girls Advancement (SEGA), is a non-profit organization with offices at Mkundi area, Morogoro Municipal, mandated to operate in Tanzania mainland with registration No 00NG/R2/0000232. SEGA’s mission is to educate and equip bright Tanzanian girls with academic, leadership, and business skills to unleash their individual talents and reach their full potential, with a particular focus on vulnerable girls

2.            SEGA is now invites sealed Tenders from eligible national contractors registered as Civil Contractors by the Contractors Registration Board of Tanzania (CRB) for the Construction of Students’ Dormitory at Sega Secondary in Morogoro.

3.            You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation/ bid for executing the works as described in the Bills of Quantities (BoQs) as shown in

Section V.

1.            Bidding will be conducted through SEGA Procurement Procedures and is open to National firms and voluntarily formed joint ventures.

2.            A complete set of Quotation Documents in English and other information and conditions may be purchased by interested contractors / construction firms at SEGA office upon submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000 to the address given below at any working hours (08am to 4pm Monday to Friday) from 6th March up to 16th March 2023.

3.            Non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000 should be paid to

8.            Deadline for submission of quotations is 16th March 2023 at 4:00pm Quotations/ bid should be submitted to SEGA office in Mkundi Morogoro.

9.            SEGA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.

Late bids, bids not received, not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
