Qualifications
• Language: Kiswahili and English
• Education: from seventh grade onwards
• Skills: Must be able to read and write fluently
• Age: 22 to 45 years.
• Experience: Must have experience in Defense matters
• He should never have been found guilty of criminal offences
• Be ready to work anywhere in Tanzania

• Copy of school certificates
• Copy of training certificates for anyone who has undergone training
• Copy of voter ID or Nida
• Identification from the local government where he lives
• Two trustees
• A handwritten and signed letter
