JOB DETAILS:
The Enterprise Solution Sales Representative is responsible for the execution of the company’s complete sales cycle to maximize revenue, Net Gross Profits, and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization & partners.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management – Develop sales opportunities through competitive positioning of company products and services.
• Revenue Generation – Plan and execute OEM-specific revenue goals for company strategic partners to meet sales targets and ensure partnership maintenance and succession.
• Tender management - Gather bid/user requirements, evaluate, and recommend products/ services that meet the project/ tender requirements.
• Account Management – Maintaining and developing strategic client relationships long-term, and strong business relations and opportunities.
• Training and Certifications - Work with Channel Partners to develop sales competencies, certifications, and credentials through hands-on involvement, workshop attendance, and coaching.
• Channel Partner & Vendor engagement - Implement supplier/vendor-specific initiatives such as co-marketing activities.
• Learn from existing BDEs on market potential and work on developing the market base for revenue generation for the company.
• Any other responsibilities, are not necessarily mentioned in this document but are specifically related to your profession as assigned by the Chief, Senior/Line Manager

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
• Two or more years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure enterprise sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in reselling IT Infrastructure such as Servers, Storage, Networks, and End-user devices from leading OEMs such as DELL, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical / Business field of study required.
• Strong Negotiation skills: Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
• Strong communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information, converse and write effectively in English and a local language, to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
