We are looking to hire a data entry analyst to join our Customer Care Department. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.
Responsibility
 Responsible for reviewing source data and processing documents for data entry purposes
 Responsible for reconciling data reports and results
 Responsible for the analyses and interpretation of data using a variety of statistical techniques, with a focus on the accuracy of information
 Ensure all entered data are accurate and complete
 Responsible for spotting and analyzing patterns in complex data sets
 Responsible for the review of reports and performance indicators in order to spot and correct coding problems
 Create specialized reports following the instructions of requesters
 Filter and sort data, carry out statistical analysis, and calculate both mean and standard deviations, or measure correlations as needed.
 Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

Electrical Technician Requirements:

1. Electrical certificate, Electrical Installation-Level II
2. At least 2 years' experience as an electrical technician.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work at flexible hours
8. Willingness to travel to various locations
9. Ability to offer improved customer service
