For our Global Strategic Accounts & Analytics department in SGRE Service we are looking for a Customer Insights and Competitiveness analyst. The department is responsible, among other tasks, of collecting and providing clear, reliable and traceable relevant information about sales activity/performance and competitive intelligence within Service business unit to relevant stakeholders.
This position offers a unique opportunity of engaging a large and international organization, where you get the chance to influence your own fields of work and create a large network with colleagues and business partners worldwide. The position is a global position and therefore you need not only a customer mindset but also a global mindset.
How To Contribute To Our Vision
- You will be responsible for our Customer Focused Program (CFP) in collaboration with Onshore and Offshore Business Units. You drive the facilitation and collection of customer satisfaction data and subsequently report findings to the business.
- You will be responsible for coordination of Global Win/Loss program. Ensure that data is gathered from won or lost projects, conduct deep dive into the root causes and subsequently report findings and recommendations to the business. Conduct scope/price gap analysis on relevant deals.
- You will monitor competitors’ value propositions, performance and relevant behaviors.
- You will conduct market analysis to detect relevant trends and insights: price evolution, value propositions…
- You will generate relevant insights for the organization to make well informed decisions to maximize value capture, including pricing recommendations.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
- Degree in Marketing or related Business Studies
- Min 5 years of relevant experience from similar function.
- Experience from Global company, preferably also a matrix organization.
- Industry (i.e. Renewables) and B2B experience a plus.
- Experience from Marketing Services/Solutions.
- Strong communicator and facilitator. You need to understand the importance of being able to communicate and cooperate with colleagues at all levels of a large, international and multicultural organization.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Customer centric and structured approach to topics, used to work with data and able to go from the big picture into the details and vice versa. Analytic mindset.
- Detail oriented and motivated mindset with desire to work proactively.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI would be an advantage.
- Willing and able to travel up to 30 days per year
- Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
