Qualifications of Applicants
• Be Tanzanian and age from 18 - 40 years;
• Must have completed Form IV and passed Kiswahili and English;

• Must have a Diploma in Agricultural Diploma or similar qualifications from a Government recognized College
• Must be honest, obedient and sane;
• Be a Resident of Singida Region and other surrounding areas

Job Responsibilities of Cash Farm Managers
• Collaborate with farmers to run class farms and experimental farms.
• Visiting farmers and farmer groups in their cashew farms and providing professional advice on best modern commercial farming techniques.
• To educate and inform farmers on the proper use of pesticides, fertilizers, pesticides and agricultural implements.
• Collect and maintain data on the state of Cashew cultivation.
• To provide information on the symptoms of cashew nuisance.
• To prepare and use the agricultural register in carrying out daily responsibilities.
• Prepare a monthly implementation report and submit it to Manyoni Branch.
• To manage the quality of the cashew crop from the field to the market.
