Plant Installation Manager responsibilities and Duties includes to manage all activities related to installation and commissioning of the PU coating lines including associated equipment.

Job Description

• Manage the Plant installation activities of the PU coating lines and all associated pipe coating handling equipment within the perimeter of the production building.
• Maintain and manage Company and Project HSE standards as required.
• Manage and maintain staff development practices.
• Liaise with other disciplines including Engineering, Logistics, HSE, Quality, Procurement as may be required for successful construction of the coating plant.
• Lead and oversee the performance of the managers, supervisors, technicians and other staff within the Installation Team.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field
• 15 years of relevant experience in plant operation and installation or a related field .
• Strong understanding of plant operation processes, procedures, and practices
• Candidate must be in oil and gas or pipe coating industry.
