How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planner, to balance demand and capacity for assigned projects and regions, looking for the best demand allocation and ensuring the fulfilment of project’s needs. Releasing global planning cycles ensuring overview of synchronization and monitoring of targeted KPIs and develop appropriate action plans.
- Monitor and control S&OP Plan, monitoring regional actions identified in the S&OP cycle to be solved in the next one.
- Releases the S&OP Plan (Upper case) done in a monthly basis. Monitoring changes in the demand and capacities.
- Releases the S&OP Plan (Baseline) done in a monthly basis. Risks & Opportunities to be identified and escalated.
- Balance demand and capacity. RCCP Elaboration taking into consideration the best sourcing allocation, TCO and project requirements.
- Ensuring the synchronization of the components for the assigned projects and regions.
- Regional demand to be monitored. Cooperating with all involved Regional stakeholders, and solving the queries identified in the Region.
- Process & Tool Harmonization, ON + OF (OF experience will be a value), Upper and Baseline.
- S&OP process improvement, tools implementation, working on the standardization of the process. Continuous improvement.
- Supporting on the analysis for SBA validations for projects not included in the S&OP cycle (Back up, No Sales Plan, New Entries).
- Regional Highlights to be identified and reported.
- Analyzes, controls and reports on relevant KPI (e.g., productivity, profitability, capital tie-up, assets), detects and evaluates plan deviations, and derives recommendations for respective remedial measures.

- Level of English: C1 (both written and spoken)
- Studies: Master´s degree in Engineering - Technical Studies
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position is preferably
- We are looking for a person with leadership skills, proficient, executing for results.
- OFF experience will be an added value.
