Also, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to avoid out of stock situations. High degree of proper warehouse keeping in terms of cleaness and 5S3R. You will take full charge of infestation control activities in all warehouses through various treatment method.You will fully take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others who may be affected by your acts and cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters to prevent injuries and ill health.What Will You Do – Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of Finished goods from Production to FG warehouse.Coordinate loading activities in the warehouse for Finisged goods distributed to domestic or export market.Ensure proper record keeping and archiving of all transactions ( Inbound & Outbound).Daily monitoring of FG inventory and report to all stakeholders for action.Ensure compliance of MUB operation in warehousing. Perfom physical material write off as per the stipulated procedure.Maintain accurate and up to date records of both physical and system Finished goods available in the warehouse
• Ensure proper receipt of materials and ensure accurate record keeping and archiving for all transactions of inbound and outbound material movement.Ensure Good receipt is done on time and both physical and systems records should match.Daily analysis of production orders and establish correct materials and optimal quantities to be requested from the warehouse.Review production planning board and follow up of order/Bill of materials requisition and analyse and optimize order requirements based on SAP,physical stock in the warehouse and shopfloor and ontime staging of materials to shopfloor based on respective work centre.Coordinate material return from shopfloor to the warehouse(whether good or MRB) in accordance to company policy and procedure.Ensure compliance of MUB operation in warehousing
• Order spareparts as per the ordering levels and work centre orders.Receive and issue spareparts as required.Review ordering levels to ensure optimum inventory levels.Maintain physical and systems inventory and keep records of all spare parts transactions both inbound and outbound. Keep track of all spareparts KPIs(i.e Purchase,Consumption,Inventory,out of stock) and issue periodic reports.Perform stock counting and verification on predemined intervals.Coordinate spareparts repairs and ensure proper postings
• Warehousekeeping & Materials handling Ensure warehouses are properly managed
• All warehouses are clean and sustain 5S3R
• Space Optimization
• Support EHS and contaminaton prevention
• Leaf / FG stack management to avoid falling stacks and proper rack
• All actions from Warehouse Tour and Beetle Tour Team are actioned and closed
• Warehouse access is managed and always aware who is accessing the warehouse
• Fully take charge of infestation control activities in warehouses through
• Accurately beetle counting and reporting
• Timely advising appropriate corrective and preventive actions for infestation control
• Ensuring effective physical and chemical treatment and timely updates (reporting)
• Ensure compliance of area of work contractors to JTI/TCC EHS policies and procedures
• Participate in health and safety training and receive appropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters, warning signals, and written directions and instructions.Adhere to Quality Management systems & Suggestion systems

Who Are We Looking For – Requirements

• University degree or Diploma from a recognized higher learning Institution
• Two years experience in the field of materials management
• English and Good Computer skills (SAP is an asset)
