Description

We're looking for a fully remote Product Marketing Lead to head up our customer-obsessed Product Marketing team and own product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
In this position, you will drive the product marketing strategy, and work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to carry value-centered messaging to our customers and prospects. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will guide the Product Marketing team, and coordinate launches and narratives that impact pipeline and opportunities.
You will:

  • Work with the Product and Engineering teams to gather customer, market, and competitive insights, and use those insights to inform and influence our strategy and roadmap
  • Develop and disseminate product messaging
  • Write product-related stories meant to inspire
  • Participate in and be a speaker at virtual and in-person events
  • Plan and drive GTM strategy, ensuring launch and campaign coordination, and production of marketing materials like ebooks, blogs, webinars, demos, data sheets, slide decks, sales kits, workflows, infographics, and other similar items
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Content teams to drive leads, opportunities, and sales
  • Coach sales teams by leading product and persona training sessions and providing supporting assets aimed at helping sales reps improve engagement and conversion when engaging with prospects and current customers
  • Demo products, features, and integrations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with our content writers to author and edit blogs
  • Engage with influencers and partners

Required profile for job ad : Product Marketing LeadYou must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing
  • Demonstrated success in leading product marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience launching products and creating messaging and positioning
  • Experience leading GTM strategy for multiple products and designing effective and compelling overarching stories
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and creating joint go-to-market plans
  • A proven track record of managing product marketing teams
  • A love of data, research, and continuous learning
  • An outstanding ability to communicate and convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • A desire to work remotely and overlap with GMT+1 by four hours each day

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:

  • Experience in marketing to developers or other technical audiences
  • Experience in managing relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, and others)
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence
  • Worked on a globally distributed team
