Currently, Circle CVI is looking for a Global Training and Education Manager to join our team in a full-time remote position.
The Global Training and Education Manager (GTEM) will deploy comprehensive Medical Education programmes that improve healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to leverage cardiovascular imaging, to effectively educate our customers and the cardiovascular imaging community as a whole, to benefit from our enhanced and innovative solutions. As part of a sustainable strategy the GTEM will also be responsible for mentoring, educating and training of our (new and existing) commercial team, on our Brand, Partners strategy, product solutions and value propositions to sustain CCVI unified growth in all geographies. The GTEM will own specific CCVI product segments from a marketing perspective and provide the organization with product, procedural, and competitive subject matter expertise (SME) by interacting with the field and customers. Translate voice-of- customer (VOC) feedback into actionable information to advise our product development and global business initiatives.
About the Opportunity
As our new Global Training and Education Manager, you will:
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive and scalable global training, streamlined education plans and marketing assets messaging content for CCVI field team members, customers and the medical community in collaboration with (Product)? Marketing Managers
- Deploy competency-based training and education to customers and relevant audiences by leveraging a blend of digital and face-to-face, self-directed and instructor led courses that addresses product positioning, use (including hands-on), tough objections and competitive selling
- Lead partnership initiatives with medical societies and 3rd party educational companies for CME and non-CME activities and help develop educational programing with these partners
- Lead educational partnerships initiatives with key-opinion leaders and training centers
- Educate and train the field team to successfully interact/engage with customers with proper product positioning and operational training
- Develop and deploy training content for product launches and sales operations including partnerships
- Provide SME feedback by owning specific products in our portfolio, interacting with customers and being the expert to represent the VOC
- Collect VOC feedback and competitive intelligence, consolidate and review with marketing peers so that it can be incorporated into subsequent product revisions
- Translate VOC feedback into actionable plans to inform product development from a customer centric perspective
- Conduct market research to identify needs, market trends and competitor strategies to develop marketing insight and to assist in the assessment of product and business opportunities
- Mentor new and existing hires on the commercial team
- Evaluate field team members knowledge on their training programmes knowledge and make recommendations/action plans for their continued self-development, associated tracking\feedback systems for staff and their managers
- Partner from an education perspective with the Sales and Partnerships Teams for advanced tier product portfolio demonstrations and training of customers and our sales partners alike
- Embody the values of the CCVI culture and be a role model for your peers, as a leader for CCVI education
- Respect the CCVI Brand and foster internal compliance of our Branding guidelines
- Develop knowledge on the integrated solutions offered by our Partnerships understanding the communicating and the differences sufficiently
- Keep current in field of CV imaging to build and maintain awareness of current data, trends and topics
- Attend and support activities at congresses
- Contribute to an environment of continuous quality improvements by tracking and reviewing lessons learned and incorporating recommendations to make CCVI processes more effective and efficient
- Track customer interactions in SFDC and contribute to an effective CRM data empowerment strategy
- Provide relevant education, for all CCVI departments (e.g. R&D, Quality, etc.), on as need- to basis
Required profile for job ad : Global Training and Education Manager (Remote)About You
- A strong background in medical imaging. Experience with cardiac MRI, CT and structural heart post-processing applications is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach

- Committed and showing initiative, ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Bachelor's degree in related field
