| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i. Working under the supervision of a Building Appraiser registered with the relevant registration board as a “Proffesional Quantity Surveyor”; ii. Practical work in the relevant fields to enable the construction assessor to obtain sufficient qualifications to be registered with the relevant Construction Board; iii. Collecting information and data on various projects regarding the prices of building materials for Real Estate in and out of the country; iv. Through the various project proposals of Real Estate submitted to the Ministry and provide the required advice. |
| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Have a Master's Degree / Engineering Degree from a Government recognized university in the field of Quantitative Surveyor and be registered with the Board that oversees the Construction Valuation Profession. (AQRB) |
