Manager for boutique hotel on Zanzibar

Per June 2022 we are looking for a MANAGER OPERATIONS to manage the facilities and team of local staff at our small boutique hotel (18 rooms) and beach bar in Nungwi Zanzibar.

Job requirements:

-fluent English, spoken and written. Knowledge of Kiswahili and other language is a plus.

-experience as Lodge/Hotel manager or relevant role, as well as experience in F&B.

-knowledge of online booking systems like Booking.com/Expedia

-outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail

-excellent social and communication skills

-openness to other cultures
