globalbike is seeking a warehouse operations manager to collaborate with globalbike staff, suppliers, and field partners on the management of inventory and development of policies to guide inventory practices. This position will be based in Moshi.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing orders, receipt, invoicing, stocking, and quality control.
• Developing and maintaining warehouse procedures and policies.
• Collaborating with program staff to meet program needs and requirements.
• Communicating with suppliers to maintain high standards for goods.
• Responding to request orders and coordinating the delivery of goods.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, warehouse operations, and delivery of goods
• Rigorous attention to detail and high performance standards
• Diploma or degree in procurement and supply
• Fluency in Kiswahili and English

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with women entrepreneurs
• Experience working in rural areas of Tanzania

The Mechanic Trainer and Quality Control Specialist will work under the supervision of globalbike’s executive director. This is a short-term contract with potential for long-term employment upon performance review.
