We are looking for a Spice Production Manager. Our model of operation is to buy Spices and Coffee from the framers’ cooperative/associations for export international market.

Job Description:-

Be the lead for Agri processing and production, working collaboratively with suppliers, service providers to achieve our business plan. Develop a plan which can help us in making new in roads in African supply chain in Spices and Coffee. Keep up to date on Agri tech developments and trends relevant in the industry Profile.

Description:-

Job Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. Educational background: Graduates/MBA from Top Business schools, Experience in the Agriculture and Food would be an added advantage.- Self-driven and enthusiastic individuals. Results focus and motivated to drive change.- Excellent presenter and communicator. A collaborative team-player with excellent all-round communication skills with a proactive and 'can do' attitude- Strong command on English required. Fluency in local languages would be a plus Location: The role will ideally be based out of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. However, the location can be flexible.
