DESCRIPTION: - Managed Services Sales Intern

PROFILE: Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support..

• Prospect and qualify new Managed Services sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on Managed Services Packages.
• Track all Managed Services sales activities in company CRM system
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate solution departments.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the Managed Services sales effort

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in sales is an added advantage.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Track record and experience of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proven interpersonal skills particularly in the area of client management, strong communication and time planning abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging technology improvements.
• Excellent Communications skills written/verbal and excellent Logical & analytical skills
• Basic understanding of computing systems, networking issues/systems administration.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
