• Receiving of trucks carrying raw material.
• Ensure crop samples are taken from trucks before allowed to enter the company.
• Ensure sample taken have been approved by Management.
• Ensure trucks are offloaded according to the laid procedures.
• Ensure after offloading, truck records are correct and despatched
• Ensure that raw material received are stacked in a proper location.
• Ensure all receiving data are submitted to Country / Site Manager on daily basis.
• Ensure all dusts from production are accounted for.
• Any other duties will be communicated by Country Manager and Management as well.
