| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.Having simple litigation in court; ii.True Appeal cases to the High Court; iii.Provide legal advice to the government under the supervision of Senior Advocates; iv. Dealing with cases of births, deaths, marriages and cases arising from inheritance in the Court; v. Supervising the preparation of statistics relating to marriage, divorce, change and annulment of marriage; vi.Preparing a document on the Laws that the Government / Law Reform Commission wants to be researched and amended; vii. Conducting Legal Studies; viii.To educate the public on matters of the Constitution and Human Rights;

| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Employed with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Government Recognized Colleges and successfully completed a one-year law course at Tanzania Law School of Tanzania. |
