Job Description

Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform other duties.

Responsibilities

• Unload and upload material
• Identify damages
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery
• Determine the need for repairs
• Keep updated records of inventory
• Produce activity logs
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Assist in keeping a safe environment

Note: Only Tanzanian nationals or people who have permanent residency in Tanzania will be considered.

Qualifications

• A valid Forklift Operator's license
• 2-3 years of experience in Construction.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours
