We are looking for candidate with experience of 10+ years of Handling all F&B Operations of Sea Side Resort.  

• Industry Experience: working experience in seaside resort is must.
• Ready to work in a challenging environment, with excellent experience of Handling F&B Operations of Sea Side Resort.
• Reporting to: GM

Experience /Key  Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget guidelines and to the highest standards
• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
• Process customer complaints patiently
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
• Track and order shipments
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
• Adhere to food, health and safety standards
• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

• Industry Experience: WORKING EXPERIENCE IN SEASIDE RESORT IS MUST.
• Ready to work in a challenging environment, with excellent experience of Handling F&B Operations of Sea Side Resort.
• Nationality : English, French, German, European, Lithuanian, South African, Mauritian, Egyptian.
• Language Knowledge: English, French/German.
