Responsibilities

• Answer phones, Emails and attend to Visitors / Customers
• Collate, Schedule and coordinate Customers Cargo
• Ensures that cargo shipments are handled and properly stored
• Collate and distribute mails to officers in-charge
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Manage Social Media accounts
• Ensure Office Cleanness and Customers’ Refreshments
• Assist in Marketing and Sales Activities
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and
• other correspondence

• Must be a Computer Literate
• Form Four or Certificate in Business Administration,
• Office Management, Secretariat studies or, any related field
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in a related role
• Experience in Cargo Handling will be an added factor
• Good English and Customer Communication Skills
