Introduction
Igembensabo Co-operative Union Limited is a Cooperative Union that serves Cooperative Societies (AMCOS) from Igunga and Nzega Districts in Tabora Region. This party is registered with No. 5484 and conducts its activities in accordance with the Co-operatives Act No.6 of 2013 as well as its 2015 regulations.
In carrying out its responsibilities. Igembensabo Co-operative Union Limited (ICU Ltd) advertises vacancies as follows:

JOB: CHIEF MANAGER (POSITION 1)
Responsibilities
The General Manager shall be accountable to the Board of the Party and shall be responsible for the following functions:
• The General Manager shall be the Chief Executive Officer of all activities of the Igembensabo Central Party.
• To convene all General Assembly meetings as well as Board Meetings after consultation with the Chairman for in accordance with existing procedures.
• to attend all General Conference meetings and to record the minutes of such meetings, as Secretary of All Meetings.
• To handle all correspondence of the General Assembly.
• Maintain a membership register and keep it in good condition and required, showing the shares of each party.
• To prepare and keep accurate records of the commercial activities of the Central Party.
• receive all legal records submitted to the court.
• Approve the payment of commercial claims after obtaining proof of such claims.
• To oversee the day-to-day operations of the party performed by its subordinates.
• Develop a staffing scheme "scheme of service" and financial regulations and refer them to the Board for to approve.
• Prepare and review the preparation of development reports, monthly financial statements and other information and submit them to the Board for evaluation of the results of the implementation of the objectives set out in the estimates to assist the Board take the right decisions.
• Prepare end-of-year accounts and balances and submit them to the Board for referral to auditors.
• To ensure the proper handling of books and records of business including assets and liabilities.
• Agreements and agreements on behalf of the party shall be signed by the chairman and / or vice-chairman as chairman.
• Interpret the corporate development policy and submit implementation plans to the Board for approval.
• To handle the safe handling of funds and other equipment.
• Develop a strategic work plan, Business analysis, and implementation plan and submit them to the Board for to approve
• To make compulsory / essential advice to the Board for making changes and adjustments in accordance with the law, principles, programs and goals of the main party; and 5) Perform any other activity as may be prescribed by the Board.

Qualifications:
• Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Cooperative Education from Moshi Cooperative University or any Government recognized College (with additional Computer Education will be given priority).
• Have Leadership experience in Cooperative management. Be dedicated, hardworking and able to work independently without the need for close supervision.
• Be able to communicate effectively (in writing and speaking, Kiswahili and English) to influence and design projects aimed at boosting the Party's Economy.
• Age from 40 years over 55 years.
