WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Business Development Lead, you play an active role in making sure we’re smarter, more responsive, and therefore more successful across the business development cycle. You will also split your time between the Boldr Business Development team and supporting one of our clients with various business development tasks that all generate revenue.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Own the initial inbound sales process and all inbound client interactions
• Create a complex and detailed research document on each prospective client

• Own and update all relevant deal, contact, and company information within HubSpot

• Identify and keep up with sales trends within our industry
• Coordinate internally with multiple departments to implement client solutions
• Create and implement targeted sales and lead lists
• Assist and collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate sales reports
• Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings (i.e., its product and services)
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value, discussing directly with the Business Development team.

• Work directly with Boldr clients to assist with business development-related tasks
• Support fellow team members when questions arise
• Pivot priorities as needed to accommodate the business or client needs

Requirements
YOU HAVE…
• A Bachelor’s/College degree or relevant experience in a discipline you’re passionate about
• At least 2 years of experience in outsourcing or professional services

• HubSpot Certifications or similar CRM Certifications
• At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in B2B sales
• A proven track record of career advancement
• Expert knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills
• A confident and engaging presence both via video and in-person
• Excellent listening skills
• The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers
• The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
• The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications
• Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
• A client-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to client’s with diverse backgrounds
