Position : Area Sales Manager Salary TZS235,000 - 7,400,000 TZSSALARY IS COMPLETELY BASED ON COMMISSION - 235,000 - 7,400,000 TZS.
We are a new company, which is looking for experienced people for long term cooperation, to jump into the Tanzanian market.
Our product are online courses on Financial Literacy, Management, and Political science and Microsoft Office.
During the first several months we are offering only commission based salary, but after we can negotiate and establish permanent salary and agreement.
Your tasks will be:
- Negotiate and conduct agreements with corporations, NGO's and governmental institutions about training their staff
- Develop the presence of our services

- At least higher education
- At least 4 years of sales experience
- Experience in dealing with governments and corporations highly welcomed
- Management experience also welcomed
- Wonderful communication skills
- Creative approach
- Can-do attitude
- Patience and negotiation skills
- Focus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization.
- You need also to be maximally polite.
