For our newly established Product Design Management System team in our Technology department, we are looking for a Senior Process Specialist to work with the Design Processes in our PLM system Teamcenter. You will be joining a team of Process and System specialists with the responsibility of optimizing, standardizing, and implementing design processes in the business, as well as training and supporting business users in the design processes and systems.

How To Contribute To Our Vision

As a Senior Process Specialist, you will:

• Establish and drive a process roadmap that ensures optimization and delivers business efficiency.
• Participate in internally driven minor scale as well as across business large scale improvement projects.
• Define process requirements for the tool/system landscape.
• Define and establish process performance monitoring.
• Ensure processes are mapped, documented and necessary training material is in place.
• Manage process communities ensuring that business stakeholders are involved and aligned.

What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

• Academical background. Bachelor’s or a master’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience within process optimization. Preferably in a larger company.
• You have a thorough, structured and highly detail-oriented approach to your work.
• You strive in a cross-functional, international setting and understand team dynamics.
• You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
• You are well-versed in cross-organizational communication and stakeholder management.
• You can think in processes from the top to the bottom and have a strong process toolbox.
• You master Microsoft Office and preferably PLM Tools. Teamcenter is a plus, but not a requirement.
