How To Contribute To Our Vision

• Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of services
• Define and implement Procurement strategies (which are not covered by Commodity strategies) based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of services in the required quality
• Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium to high Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings; Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI
• Contract creation and management.
• Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitions) to ensure customer care and early involvement
• Ensure usage of globally/regionally defined suppliers, methods, processes and systems to achieve high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems)
• Plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent
• Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. ARIBA qualification, selection, evaluation, development)
• Update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency

We are also looking for…

• University degree
• Experience in Hr. Services as BPO, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Mobility services (Social security, Immigration, Relocation, Shadow payroll, Tax return etc.), Training, Temporary Labor and Marketing & Communication
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English written and verbal. German nice to have
• Professional Excel knowledge. (Advance Office Package)
• Tender negotiations experience
• You will be willing and able to travel if needed
