Invitation for Quotation for Supply of goods
Quotation No. WAJIBU/2022/G/09

1. WAJIBU- Institute of Public Accountability (WAJIBU) has set aside funds for the operation of its activities during the financial year 2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this Invitation for Quotation is issued.
2. WAJIBU- Institute of Public Accountability (WAJIBU) now invite eligible Bidders to submit priced quotation for supply of goods (Supply books in hard copy format) as detailed here under the table.
3. Quotation document should properly have completed, and enclosed in plain envelope and must be delivered physically to WAJIBU office.
4. Deadline for submission will be on 08.12.2022 at or before 10:00 am local hours.
5. Quotations will be opened at 10:10 am local hours 08.12.2022 in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening.
6. Late quotation, Quotation not opened and not read at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances. Executive Director
