Educational Requirements and Experience
a.Experience in Medical shops&Pharmacy not less than 1 year.
• Certificate in pharmaceuticals
b. Professional Experience/ Knowledge:
• Excellent English/Swahili verbal/written communication skills.
• Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
• Knowledge of basic computer practices.
• Experience with clinical procedures desirable.
c. Specialized Skills:
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline sensitive environment.
• Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written format.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations.
