SMG – Service Management Group is looking for a Director of Client Marketing!

We are on a quest for a seasoned and inventive Director of Client Marketing to join our team and pioneer our client marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy to drive customer retention, upsell, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns for our clients.
  • Oversee the creation of client case studies, testimonials, and success stories, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Manage and grow the client newsletter program, ensuring relevant and engaging content for our customers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and market positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze customer marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the organization.

 

Requirements:  

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in client marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and content.
  • Strong experience in creating case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and executing client events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaign performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
