RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Introduce our services to clients
• Make potential clients become real customers
• Retain existing clients
• Record and maintain client information database
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfactions and successful order fulfilments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress towards targets
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional setting
• Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proactive, self motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using computer, most preferably Ms word, excel, power point, Internet and email
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Teamwork skills
