Sales Manager

A leading manufacturer of Salt products which are used for domestic, commercial and industrial purposes along with exports to neighboring countries is looking for an experienced and qualified Sales Manager who shall have the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products
• Reaching the targets and goals as set
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
• Servicing the needs of our existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Dealing with major customer accounts
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Reporting to senior managers
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
• 5 Years Experience in similar position
• Experience in Planning and Implementing Sales Strategies

LOCATION

• The position is based out of Uvinza-Kigoma Region.
