About the job

An existing insurance company with varied products is looking to hire a new sales manager in their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell insurance products/services to new and existing customers

Preferably someone with a portfolio of potential insurance clients

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Ability to approach new customers through door to door, campaigns, Digital marketing, cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

A degree in insurance

Experience is insurance sales is mandatory

Experience in sales and marketing

Creative and self motivated

Good organisational and leadership skills
