JOB DETAILS:
Customer Service Officer (7 Post)
Customer service directly contacts with customers, provides customers with pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services, thereby establishing the company's reputation, building up customers' confidence in the company's products, and further promoting sales.

Customer Service Officer Job Description
• Provide customers with required product information, including design, quantity, price, etc., to help customers order products
• Confirms the orders that have not been issued in system
• Confirms the orders that have been paid and has not been loaded
• Confirms whether all the reservations have been issued before leaving get off work
• Confirms whether the driver has loaded the goods
• Cooperate with the sales manager and remind them that their customer's overdue situation, accounts receivable, balance and rebate clearance
• Help customers dealing with product damage compensation
• Record customer contact information, follow up customer purchases demanding, cooperate with sales manager, and visit
• Customers in time, and supervise sales
• Record and report daily sales billing

Education, Professional & Work Experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing
• 3 years working experience in which 1 year must be in sales
• Proficient in product knowledge
• Familiar with sales rules and procedure
• Understand sales policy
• Outstanding customer service
• Good communication skills
• Executive ability
• Basic in Microsoft Office software
