Responsibilities
- Adherence to company’s defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Routine review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for best Industry practices and efficiency
- Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided.
- Work closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Helping the sales team to reach targets.
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.
- Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users
- Collect New Orders (existing customers)
- Ascertain appropriate Suppliers o Completion of Documentation like Service Orders & LPO’s o Update relevant department like Administration & Finance
- Constant monitoring of work in progress on the commissioning of new orders.
- Coordinating with relevant department on the completion/commissioning of tasks.
- Tender/RFQ’s/EOI’s o Follow up on Solution, Technical Specifications, Compliance & BOQ from Technical department o Scouting for prices from multiple Suppliers for the BOQ.
- Choose the most competitive supplier if alternates available. Pursue documentation like MAF, Data Sheets.
- Compiling & finalizing the response
- Completion & Submission
- Communicate with suppliers and identify suitable product and best pricing.
- Prepare costing sheet.
- Get approval from management.
- Prepare LPO and send to suppliers.
- Arrange delivery to and hand over to necessary department.
- Hand over Invoice and goods to administration for further action
- Confidential Administrative Assistance:
- Documentation for administrative activities/tasks like permits and any legal documentation.
- Assisting administrative staff on challenging tasks as and when required
Requirements Knowledge And Experience
- Minimum Business Administration (BA) or equivalent experience, certifications, and training.
- 3 plus years professional working experience in similar enterprise environment
- Skills in closing deals
- Prospecting Skills
- Sales Planning
- Selling to Customer Needs
- Market Knowledge for Terrestrial & Satellite based networks, System Integration and Data Centers
- Presentation Skills with good command of English
- Self-Motivated, capable of enhance team energy level
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Willing to travel places, especially in African countries
- International driving license
