Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help them build up their business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and company pricing strategies.
  • Close sales deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies based on market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the Sales Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • +3 years experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
