We are hiring People Operations Interns to join our team. The incumbents will be responsible for People Operations/HR and Employer Branding.

This is a remote-virtual internship (work from home) volunteer internship opportunity

Location: Tanzania

Duration: 3 months

Through this internship you will learn:

Kaban tools to map the workflow process and based on your *performance* you might get an opportunity to get certified in the Agile PeopleOps Framework.

Responsibilities:

-Recruitment and Onboarding new hires

-Research on modern practices of Talent Management/HR

-Build content and reports based on the research and have debriefing sessions with leadership team

-In-house (internal) implementation of new processes and practices

Qualification:

Human Resources or any other related field.
