At PalmPay, we're on a mission to redefine the payments landscape, offering easy and reliable financial services to all, encompassing Merchant Acquiring, Digital Lending, and more.About the Role:As the Sales Operation Manager for Merchant Acquiring, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to transform the payments ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will involve driving offline merchant operations within a diverse range of key businesses such as Chain Stores, Restaurants, Supermarkets, FMCG, Pharmacies, Betting, eCommerce, and more. You will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategies aimed at bolstering sales revenue. If you are passionate about building robust operational cases and cultivating strong relationships with key merchants while identifying and addressing client demands, this is the perfect role for you.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the seamless onboarding of merchants, encompassing tasks such as registration, KYB (Know Your Business) reviews, performance evaluations, and deployment.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to streamline sales operations for enhanced efficiency.
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive FAQ library for merchant services, providing training to both customer service and sales teams.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve daily merchant complaints, offering support for sales team inquiries.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments, including customer service, sales, warehouse management, and after-sales teams.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations within the Banking, Fintech, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) sectors.
  • Exceptional service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to reliability and a genuine passion for the role.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • A working-level proficiency in English.
