Responsibilities

Ø Pay attention to the latest news of competing products, including but not limited to product functions, user activities, pricing strategies, etc. of competing products, and regularly output competing product reports.

Ø Collect feedback from the market and customers, discover financial business needs such as loans and banks, continuously improve product experience and attract target customer growth.

Ø Understand local user behavior habits, local customs, mine and track hot content, and assist operations in planning festivals and creative activities in advance.

Ø Responsible for coordinating local departments and completing other tasks assigned by superiors, such as creating developer accounts, testing and experiencing internal products, etc.

Qualifications

Ø Relevant Bachelor’s degree or above

Ø At least 3 years of experience in product or operation, with top cash loan/small loan, payment or banking work experience.

Ø Familiar with industry, market and competitive product research, and have a deep understanding of local user consumption behavior and psychology.

Ø Clear thinking, flexible work, excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, proactive work, and strong self-driving ability.
