About The PalmPay And The RolePalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, and expanding to other markets in 2023. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to getting financial services (Merchant Acquiring, Digital Lending, etc).The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for improve PalmPay Channel Quality among all internal and external partners.Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring payment channels including but not only focusing on MMO, Banks, FinTechs, PSPs, etc.
• Work closely with the internal settlement, products, operation, and compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements.
• Develop and adjust business development plans for connecting payment channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
• Ensure payment channels has a stable connection with our system and provide quick response to any channel-related issue.
• Work closely with operation teams to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers' experience using our mobile application and payment system.
• Prepare competitor's product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company's product and channel capabilities.

Qualification & Required Skills

• Above 3 years of experience in channel operations
• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field
• Understanding of critical drivers and associated priorities.
• Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
• Positive attitude, great interpersonal, business negotiation and presentation skills.
• Extremely result-oriented, realistic and reliable, able to work with aggressive timelines with multi-tasks.
• English skills must be professional working level. If you can speak Mandarin it will be a plus.
