Description
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, sales closure, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
Responsibilities for Sales Representative
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Identify buyer personal profiles, Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, Understand all the prospects needs, problems, or wants
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track and monitor your work, Prepare and present reports when needed and Report to the management team
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Learn details about our products and services
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• weekly and monthly reports
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Additional Requirements
Good in conversing in both English and Kiswahili.
